Joining and Renewal
2026 membership renewals are due from 1st January 2026 and should be paid before 1st March. As mentioned in earlier newsletters, this year we will be sending out links to an online renewal form in early January. Full details will be circulated soon. Alternatively, use the existing paper "Membership Form".
The 2026 prices are on the Membership Fees page. Note that currently the paper membership form has the 2025 prices, please adjust these manually.
The 2026 Sailing Calendar will be released soon.
To apply to join the club, please fill a "Membership" form and either hand in at person in the Clubhouse or send a scanned copy to the membership secretary at membership@hpyc.org.uk. Payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque or debit/credit card at the Clubhouse - details are on the forms.
Sailing Memberships
Please complete the membership form below. For new members requiring boat storage, please check that space is available and ensure the necessary insurance is in place - details are on the form. For existing members with boat storage, please check that your insurance is still valid.
Non Sailing Membership
This membership is for those wanting to join the Club and use it a base for other types on activity such as kayaking. Currently non sailors can join as social members. Please complete the membership form below.
