Online Renewals

This year we are starting an online renewal process. You should have already received communications about this via email and WhatsApp.

This is optional. You may still use the paper forms as before - see the Joining and Renewal page.

Data from the current membership list has been uploaded, and as this has been captured from the old paper forms there may be some minor mistakes. Please use the "Renew with changes" option if you spot anything incorrect. Email membership@hpyc.org.uk if you have any problems or questions.

The existing process of maintaining a membership spreadsheet is laborious and error-prone. Once this transfer is completed it is hopefully much easier to keep up to date.

How this works

You will receive an email with the title "Hampton Pier Yacht Club Membership Renewal". This is from no-reply@myclub.run, which is the same email address used for duties and newsletters. As always, please double-check your spam/junk folder if you cannot find the email.
